Services · $5M → $50M ARR

Find the constraint. Then build past it.

Four ways to work together, from a single executive working session to embedded go-to-market leadership. Each one starts by naming what is actually holding revenue back — not by adding more activity on top of it.

How I work

Diagnosis before prescription.

Most go-to-market advice arrives as opinion. Every engagement here starts the other way around: a structured read of the whole go-to-market — market, motions, operating model, and revenue systems — before anyone proposes a fix. The first move should be the right move, not the loudest one.

The companies I work with already have capable people. What they usually need is agreement on what to fix, in what order, and who owns it — and an operator who has run the $5M-to-$50M passage before to sit in the boat while they do it.

That work runs on GTM Partners' GTM Operating System. I am a Gold GTM OS Certified Partner, so the diagnostic runs the way it was designed to run, and the language your board deck, your sales team, and your marketing plan use finally describes the same company.

The path

Where to start

Most engagements follow a path: Transformation Experience → GTM Planning → Fractional Leadership, with CEO Advisory available at any stage.

You do not have to start at the beginning. Where we start depends on how much your leadership team already agrees on.

GTM Transformation Experience

A focused executive working session to identify what is actually constraining growth — before the company invests in more GTM activity.

Who it's for

Leadership teams at technical software companies that know growth is less predictable than it should be, but don't yet agree on the primary GTM constraint or what to prioritize first.

This entry workshop is built on GTM Partners' GTM OS, delivered by a Gold GTM OS Certified Partner.

Outcomes

  • A shared language for the company's GTM challenges
  • Initial alignment on the growth constraint and the highest-priority questions
  • A clear recommendation on what comes next: GTM Planning, a focused pillar engagement, or immediate implementation support

What's included

  • Light pre-work and a GTM Assessment
  • An interactive executive working session using the 5 Valleys of Death, the 3Ps, and the 15 GTM Problems
  • A summary of key observations and the recommended next step

Engagement shape

90 minutes to 3 hours. Designed for 5–10 senior leaders.

GTM Planning

Build a focused 90-day plan that actually gets executed.

Who it's for

Series A–C technical software leadership teams that need alignment on the biggest growth constraint, the enterprise commercialization priorities that matter now, and clear ownership for the next 90 days.

Align the leadership team on what is constraining growth, what not to invest in this quarter, and what must happen next to make enterprise revenue more repeatable.

This follows GTM Partners' GTM Planning engagement, delivered by a Gold GTM OS Certified Partner.

Outcomes

  • Executive alignment on the main GTM bottleneck
  • A shared GTM OS on a slide
  • A focused, sequenced 90-day priorities plan with ownership
  • Clear visibility into the work that should follow — enterprise playbooks, RevOps, customer expansion, or fractional GTM leadership

What's included

  • Four executive working sessions, or one half-day onsite
  • GTM Assessment and readout
  • Guided work through the 5 Valleys of Death, the 3Ps, the 15 GTM Problems, and MOVE
  • Your GTM OS on a slide
  • A prioritized 90-day GTM roadmap with sequencing and ownership
  • The 8 GTM OS questions set up as a repeatable quarterly review

Engagement shape

Four 60-minute working sessions over 3–4 weeks, or one half-day onsite. Designed for 5–10 senior leaders. Built to repeat as a quarterly alignment cadence.

Fractional Revenue & GTM Leadership

Turn strong developer adoption into a repeatable enterprise revenue engine.

Who it's for

Series A–C technical software companies with strong technical adoption that need to build a repeatable commercial and enterprise revenue engine, typically moving beyond founder-led and inbound-led growth.

Implementation is delivered through GTM Partners' GTM OS — running the relevant pillars on an operating cadence, anchored by a live GTM plan.

Outcomes

  • A clearer enterprise revenue motion and a differentiated commercial story
  • More predictable pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment
  • Better alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • A repeatable sales and customer-growth operating rhythm

What's included

  • A 90-day GTM roadmap and executive operating cadence, refreshed each quarter
  • Enterprise sales plays, qualification, forecasting, and enablement
  • Forecasting and revenue attribution visibility
  • Clear ownership and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Retention and expansion visibility where gross revenue retention is under pressure
  • Coaching for GTM leaders and support on critical hiring decisions

How it works

We start with GTM Planning to set the 90-day plan, then execute the two or three GTM OS pillars that plan surfaces — on a consistent operating cadence.

Engagement shape

3–12 month engagement, typically 1–2 days per week.

CEO GTM Advisory

An independent executive partner for the GTM decisions that move the business — commercialization, sales leadership, hiring, customer expansion, and the shift from inbound to outbound.

Who it's for

CEOs of technical software companies navigating consequential GTM decisions who don't yet need embedded fractional leadership.

Decisions are pressure-tested against GTM Partners' GTM OS and its 8 core questions.

Outcomes

  • Faster, higher-quality GTM decisions
  • Clearer priorities and tradeoffs
  • An independent executive perspective grounded in the company's growth stage and revenue constraints

What's included

  • A weekly 60-minute CEO advisory session
  • Review of critical decisions, pipeline, forecasts, hiring plans, and board-level GTM narratives
  • Asynchronous support for time-sensitive decisions
  • A monthly recap of GTM priorities and decisions

How this differs from Fractional GTM Leadership

Advisory gives you clarity and decision support. Fractional leadership adds ownership, operating cadence, and implementation.

Engagement shape

3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Weekly cadence.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Which engagement should we start with?

It depends on how much your leadership team already agrees on. If the team does not yet agree on what is holding growth back, start with the GTM Transformation Experience — a single session to name the constraint. If you already agree on the problem and need a plan and owners, start with GTM Planning. If you know what to build and need someone to build it, start with Fractional Revenue & GTM Leadership. CEO GTM Advisory runs alongside any of these.

How long does each engagement take?

The GTM Transformation Experience is a single session of 90 minutes to 3 hours, designed for 5 to 10 senior leaders. GTM Planning is four 60-minute working sessions over 3 to 4 weeks, or one half-day onsite, and is built to repeat as a quarterly cadence. Fractional Revenue & GTM Leadership runs 3 to 12 months at typically 1 to 2 days per week. CEO GTM Advisory is a weekly 60-minute session with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.

What is the GTM Operating System?

The GTM Operating System (GTM OS) is GTM Partners' eight-pillar framework for connecting go-to-market strategy to execution — a diagnostic that finds where revenue is actually leaking before anyone proposes a fix. Five to Fifty Growth is GTM OS Certified, meaning the diagnostic runs the way it was designed to run. The output: your board deck, your sales team, and your marketing plan finally describe the same company.

What does a fractional GTM engagement cost?

There's no fixed list price for a fractional GTM engagement — cost tracks scope and cadence. A single Transformation Experience session sits at one end of the range; embedded fractional leadership, at 1 to 2 days a week over 3 to 12 months, sits at the other, with GTM Planning and weekly CEO Advisory in between. Low-commitment means light on time and risk — one session, no retainer. It ends with a scope recommendation, so the number comes after the diagnosis, not before it.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Both. The working sessions and the weekly advisory cadence run remotely by default, which is what makes a four-session planning engagement practical across three or four weeks. GTM Planning can also be compressed into one half-day onsite when getting the leadership team in a room is worth more than spreading the work out.

What happens after the 90-day plan?

The plan surfaces two or three GTM OS pillars that matter most, and those become the implementation work — enterprise sales plays, qualification and forecasting, enablement, RevOps, or retention and expansion, depending on what the diagnostic found. That is what Fractional Revenue & GTM Leadership executes, on a consistent operating cadence, with the plan refreshed each quarter rather than written once and filed.
